2025 FELLOWS

In 2025, over 12,800 candidates from 179 countries began a Mountaintop application. More than 4,750 completed the full process, demonstrating extraordinary commitment to community-rooted leadership.

Over just two years, more than 19,900 leaders—representing 99.5% of the global population—have stepped forward. These applicants include former parliamentarians, Nobel Peace Prize nominees, and presidential candidates, as well as rural hospital directors, indigenous land stewards, peacebuilders, and refugee youth organizers. They come from vastly different contexts but share a common purpose: to strengthen the human infrastructure of their communities so local people can solve local problems.
