At Mountaintop, we take pride in being funded sustainably through a mix of government contracts, community foundations and global philanthropy, employer sponsorships, individual tuition payments, and individual donors. Our executive fellowships cover our overhead so that every new dollar of philanthropy goes directly to sponsoring emerging leaders to participate in our fellowships for free. When you give to Mountaintop, you fuel a movement of transformational local leadership in low-income communities worldwide.

 

We welcome unrestricted gifts, which let us direct funding where it can make the greatest impact, but donors are welcome to designate a gift for a particular purpose, fellowship, or geography.
