PARTNER
Mountaintop builds the human infrastructure of leadership — and we do it with partners. We work with organizations that help us find exceptional local leaders, institutions that engage us to design and deliver leadership programs, universities that train our Fellows, and funders who invest in this work. If you share our belief that lasting change is led by the people closest to the challenge, we'd love to partner with you.
We are actively seeking partners in five areas:

OUTREACH PARTNERS
We partner with fellowships, accelerators, universities, and networks to identify and refer exceptional local leaders to our programs — and to connect our Fellows and alumni to opportunities in return. These mutual referral relationships help the world's most promising leaders find the support they deserve.

TRAINING PARTNERS
We co-deliver world-class leadership training with leading universities and institutions, giving Fellows access to top faculty, rigorous curricula, and credentials that open doors, while helping our partners expand access and engage new audiences.
Our training partners include the Harvard Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics, the Harvard Kennedy School Carr-Ryan Center for Human Rights, the NYU Stern Initiative on Purpose and Flourishing, and USIU-Africa.

CUSTOM LEADERSHIP PROGRAM PARTNERS
We design and deliver tailored fellowships, executive education, grant programs, and network-building initiatives for mission-driven institutions. Our team has run multi-week Leadership Institutes, executive summits, mentorship and grant programs, and ecosystem-building roles end to end.
Past and current partners include the U.S. Department of State and IREX (Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative U.S. Network Builder), Trinity Church Wall Street Philanthropies (Anglican Leaders Program), RIVET (Mountaintop RIVET Fellowship), and the Aspire Institute (Mountaintop Aspire Institute Fellowship).

EXECUTIVE FELLOWSHIP CLIENTS
Organizations sponsor their staff and leaders to take part in our Executive Fellowships — investing in world-class leadership development for their teams while strengthening the broader field. Sponsored Fellows join a global cohort of executives across nonprofits, government, philanthropy, business, and education, and bring practical tools, fresh perspective, and renewed purpose back to their organizations.
The MacArthur Foundation, the African Women's Development Fund, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative have each sponsored team members to join our Social Impact Executive Fellowship, and companies like AmaliTech have sent multiple leaders through our Business Executive Fellowship at NYU Stern.

FUNDERS
Philanthropic partners make this work possible — and we make it easy to invest in the geographies and cause areas you care about most. Meeting the world's hardest challenges requires bold, community-rooted leadership, yet the leaders with the most potential to transform their communities receive the least investment. Your support changes that, with the evidence to back it: 100% of our Fellows report a transformative or significant impact on their leadership, and Fellows who lead organizations grow their revenues by 50% and staff by 46% within a year of their program.
There are three ways to partner:
-
Sponsor Emerging Leaders Fellows — from $1,000 per Fellow — a highly scalable way to back grassroots leaders in your priority geographies or issue areas.
-
Sponsor Executive Fellows — from $10,000 per Fellow — deeper support for more advanced leaders, including an in-person institute at a leading university such as Harvard, NYU Stern, or USIU-Africa.
-
Build a Custom Leadership Program — from $50,000 — a program co-designed around your goals for your grantees, staff, or wider local-leader network.
