WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR:

WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:

The online program runs for 11 months. During the experience, participants complete a rigorous leadership development course through Trinity Church NYC’s Faith Leadership Campus.

Weekly Learning and Reflection: Each week includes guided readings, personal reflection, and facilitated small group discussions via Zoom. These sessions are designed to help participants apply what they learn directly to their leadership context.

Small Pod-Based Learning: Participants are placed in small pods to foster trust, are paired with an accountability buddy, and build meaningful peer relationships that support sustained growth throughout the program.

Cross-Cohort Community Gatherings: Leaders from across cohorts come together regularly to share insights, reflect on their leadership journeys, and strengthen connections across the broader Mountaintop Anglican Leaders community.

Access to Anglican Advisors: Participants can connect with experienced Anglican Advisors for one-on-one conversations to receive guidance, perspective, and support related to their leadership, ministry, or organizational challenges.

Time Commitment: The program requires approximately 6 hours per week and is designed to integrate alongside participants’ existing professional responsibilities.

Participants complete seven core courses and one elective course as part of the Faith Leadership Campus program. The curriculum integrates faith-based leadership formation with practical skills to strengthen churches, nonprofit organizations, and social impact initiatives.
