Sharaf Deen Okyere is a technology and delivery executive with extensive experience leading digital operations and high-performing teams across Africa. He serves as Director of Service Delivery at AmaliTech, a social enterprise that equips young people in Ghana and Rwanda with skills and access to high-quality digital jobs. In this role, he oversees multi-country delivery teams and works closely with European clients to deliver software development and digital services at scale.

Sharaf has played a key role in strengthening delivery governance, aligning operational standards across service centers, and building leadership capacity within growing teams. His work focuses on responsible scaling, talent development, and creating the systems and support structures that enable young professionals to build sustainable careers. His experience spans delivery management, client engagement, agile transformation, and the growth of digital service ecosystems in emerging markets.
