MOUNTAINTOP NONPROFIT EXECUTIVE FELLOWSHIP
The Mountaintop Executive Fellowship offers all the benefits of the standard Fellowship, excluding the $3,600 grant and Catalyst Fund eligibility.
Designed for mid- and senior-level professionals, it delivers a premier executive education experience to strengthen the leadership capacity of exceptional individuals working in high-impact organisations.
This Fellowship equips rising executives with the tools, network, and mindset needed to lead transformational change within their organisations and communities.

A one-year leadership programme for mid- and senior-level professionals, the Mountaintop Executive Fellowship equips high-potential leaders with the skills, network, and support to accelerate their impact.
Fellows receive:

An executive education certificate

A fully funded, two-week Leadership Institute at Harvard’s Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics (excluding flights, meals, and visa fees)

Monthly mentorship with subject matter experts

Virtual retreats and continuous professional development

Tailored 1:1 support to align the Fellowship with each leader’s goals

Access to a lifelong network of peers and partners
All training is led by world-class faculty and practitioners, and designed specifically for professionals driving change in complex environments.

Mountaintop welcomes applications from:

Individual candidates seeking to grow their leadership

Employer sponsors (e.g. governments, NGOs, universities, social ventures) nominating staff for the Fellowship
We especially encourage women leaders to apply or be nominated to support an inclusive, globally representative cohort.
Cost
The total cost of the Fellowship is $5,000.
Flights, meals, and visa fees for the Harvard Leadership Institute are not included; all other costs are covered by Mountaintop.
