Nina Gebauer is a Strategic Director of Human Resources, Executive and Leadership Coach, and Consulting Psychologist with over a decade of international experience across Europe and Africa. As a founding HR leader at AmaliTech Services GmbH, she supported the organization’s growth from an early-stage startup to a workforce of more than 500 employees, helping build the systems needed to operate and scale across global markets.
Nina’s work sits at the intersection of organizational development, leadership development, and digital HR transformation. She has led the implementation of AI-enabled HR systems, designed global performance and compensation frameworks, and built scalable people structures that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, and long-term capability. Her approach balances operational rigor with a strong understanding of human behavior and organizational culture.
With a background in Coaching and Consulting Psychology, Nina designs leadership programs, career pathways, and development initiatives that support individuals at different stages of their growth while aligning closely with organizational goals. She is committed to shaping healthy, future-ready workplaces and ensuring that people strategy meaningfully supports sustainable business success.
