Nachi is a software engineering leader with over sixteen years of experience delivering large-scale digital products and transformation initiatives. He spent much of his career in Germany working with global organizations including Lufthansa, McDonald’s, Audi, Star Alliance, Europcar, and Lloyds, contributing to systems used by more than 20 million people.

In 2023, Nachi joined AmaliTech, a social impact organization that trains young talent in Ghana and Rwanda for technology careers. As Director of Software Engineering and AI, he leads multiple engineering teams and supports the delivery of high-quality software solutions, with a focus on responsible AI adoption and strong engineering practices.

Nachi brings deep experience across web, mobile, cloud-based systems, and enterprise platforms. He has led distributed teams, mentored engineers, and supported organizations in aligning technical strategy with long-term goals. His leadership approach centers on equipping teams with the right tools and context, and creating conditions that encourage learning, ownership, and sustained growth.
