​In 2024, over 6,000 candidates from 155 countries began their Mountaintop Fellowship application. Of these, 1,877 fully completed their application.

 

According to voluntarily submitted data:

• 60% of applicants came from families living below the World Bank’s extreme poverty line ($2.15/day).

• 67% came from households where neither parent attended university.

 

Our applicant pool included:

• Former Members of Parliament and mayors.

• Nobel Peace Prize nominees and presidential candidates.

• Hospital directors in underserved regions.

• Peacebuilders in active conflict zones.

• Indigenous leaders defending land rights.

• Refugees leading youth initiatives.
