Dustin Goodwin is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Dudes For Dads, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting young children without fathers through athletics, academics, and grief support.

Inspired by personal experiences of grief and loss, Dustin and a group of friends with similar experiences founded Dudes For Dads in 2022. Since its inception, Dudes For Dads has raised over $75,000, impacted the lives of 250+ children, and established a scholarship fund for high school seniors pursuing higher education.

As part of his fellowship, Dustin is poised to expand Dudes For Dads to New York City, where a staggering 33% of children under 18 are growing up without a father figure. This expansion will mark the organization’s fourth metropolitan chapter, solidifying its commitment to providing essential support services to children across the country.
