Aleksandra Simeonova is a finance and operations leader with experience supporting innovation, growth, and organizational scale. She serves as Chief Financial Officer at Adeva, where she leads financial strategy and operations for a global platform connecting technology companies with senior technical talent. Her work centers on building efficient, transparent systems that support sustainable growth across markets.

Earlier in her career, Aleksandra worked in auditing and advisory at Grant Thornton LLP, where she developed expertise in financial audits, risk management, and business advisory services for financial institutions, public sector organizations, and NGOs. She later served as an Internal Auditor at NLB Banka AD Skopje, supporting compliance, governance, and internal control processes.

Aleksandra holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Finance and Bank Management. Through the Mountaintop Fellowship, she aims to deepen her leadership practice, collaborate with purpose-driven peers, and advance work that brings finance, strategy, and organizational impact into closer alignment.
