Abigail Jones is an executive coach and strategy consultant helping mission-driven leaders build the clarity, systems, and skills needed to scale impact. Through her firm Conduit Partners, she supports ventures and leadership teams in strengthening communication, data-informed decision-making, and operational discipline.

With experience as a fractional operations executive for digital web agencies and as a strategist in ocean research, education, and community development, Abigail brings a cross-sector lens to leadership and organizational growth. She advises founders on implementing business frameworks like customized Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS) and Four Streams of Value acceleration to align vision, strategy, and accountability, enabling early-stage teams to gain traction and build resilient, values-aligned organizations.

A UC San Diego alumna, Abigail is a longtime mentor with StartBlue and The Basement. She previously mentored FjordPhyto, recipient of UCSD’s inaugural Chancellor’s Student/Alumni Innovation Award in 2024. Her career includes executive leadership at the Walter Munk Foundation for the Oceans and current board service with OB People’s Food Co-op, YMCA of San Diego County, and the Green Communities Leadership Institute.
