Arnav Sinha is a systems-change architect who builds the human infrastructure needed for communities to flourish. At Mountaintop, he designs transformational leadership experiences that strengthen Fellows' right abilities, relationships, and power to create lasting impact in their home communities.Arnav has spent the last 13 years as a trainer, educator, program manager, and director in the development sector in India and worldwide.

A bridge-builder between grassroots wisdom and institutional change, Arnav's accomplishments include:

Engineering West Bengal's first public-private partnership for street-connected children's education at EkTara.

Scaling a global fellowship at United People Global to 6,500+ applicants across 159 countries and territories.

Training 75+ deaf educators in India and Bangladesh in inclusive leadership practices at Deaf Child Worldwide.
Holding an MA in Development Studies, Arnav is fluent in the languages of both marginalized communities (Bengali, Hindi) and institutional stakeholders. He is also trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
