Elizabeth Bermudez is the Director of Sales and Account Management at AmaliTech, where she has spent the past four years supporting the growth of a digital skilling and employment platform for young professionals in Ghana and Rwanda. AmaliTech is a social enterprise focused on building long-term career pathways through high-quality digital work. Elizabeth brings an academic background in Economics, Languages, and International Politics, combining analytical thinking with cultural fluency and a global perspective.
In her role, Elizabeth leads commercial operations, manages key global client accounts, and helps shape the organization’s approach to long-term client partnerships. Her work contributes directly to creating sustainable employment opportunities for hundreds of young people each year. She works closely with emerging professionals, supporting their growth in environments that call for both technical capability and strong interpersonal skills.
Elizabeth is interested in intercultural collaboration, people-centered leadership, and building systems that enable talent in emerging markets to thrive. Through the Mountaintop Fellowship, she aims to strengthen her executive leadership practice and expand her impact alongside a global community committed to sustainable and inclusive growth.
