A serial entrepreneur and career coach, Prashant is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur and EDHEC Business School, France. With nearly a decade of corporate experience, he has held key roles at OYO, VKL Seasonings, and Sapient Nitro, and co-founded Think Sage, a professional development venture focused on career clarity and growth.

Over the years, Prashant has guided hundreds of professionals in navigating their career journeys, mastering job searches, and designing strategies for long-term success. His understanding of what employers and organizations seek stems from both his experience coaching others and his own path leading teams and building ventures.
