What inspired you to join Mountaintop?

"My inspiration to join the Mountaintop team lies in recognizing the challenges many founders and changemakers face—limited access to leadership training, networks, and resources to scale their impact. At Mountaintop, I aim to contribute to building human infrastructure for leaders worldwide, empowering them to create thriving communities and drive meaningful change."

Barrington Chungulo is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over five years of experience in operations management and social innovation. A distinguished Zambian social entrepreneur and global changemaker, he has received numerous accolades, including the 2021 Diana Award (The Diana Award), the 2020 African Youth of the Year Award (Africa Youth Awards), and recognition on the 100 Most Influential Young Africans 2021 list (Avance Media).
